We may first attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone, if the issue is not otherwise resolved, a representative of ours will come to your location by next working day of the notice and repair or replace the game for another title if needed due to breakdown.
We service from Gawler through to Morphett Vale in South Australia. Other areas out of the metropolitan can be arranged but may incur additional transport fees.
There’s a general rule of maximum of no more than 3 steps for lifting heavy items such as pinball or arcade machines. We don’t offer delivery to steep driveways due to the heavy nature of our hire items.
Unfortunately not, all our hire items must be delivered by us to the designated hire delivery address, and cannot leave this location.

We certainly do and they start from $100 and can be used for all our hire items, they are valid for 2 years from purchase, feel free to message us.

We do not offer outdoor hire for any of our hire items, this is due to the high risk of damage that is associated with outdoor activities. As per our T&C’s all hire items must be indoors and protected from all damaging outside elements.
